Customers can place their orders for artisanal krémas ice cream on our website, by phone or on our Instagram store. We offer a variety of ice cream flavors and different formats. Choose the quantity and flavors you want to order. Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout following the secure payment steps. Customers can also add additional toppings to their order.

Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more. We make deliveries within a maximum radius of 30 km from our point of sale located in Mascouche. Beyond this distance, an additional charge of $20.00 will be applied. Delivery times will be confirmed when ordering. For further details, please see our delivery policy.
Return policy
We cannot accept returns of artisanal ice cream made from krémas for food hygiene reasons. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt/delivery and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

We protect our customers' personal information in accordance with applicable law. We will never disclose our customers' personal information to third parties.
Cancellations
Cancellations of online orders are accepted up to 48 hours prior to confirmed pickup/delivery date with refund. However, we will retain 15% of the total order amount. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be refunded.
Minimum purchase amount
To benefit from our delivery service, make sure your order total is at least $50.00*.

When the order is ready, customers will be informed by email or telephone. This notification will indicate that the order is ready for pickup on the agreed date and time.
Pickup
Customers are asked to come to our point of sale at the address indicated in the order. Please note that customers must adhere to the agreed time to avoid delays. To preserve the firmness of the ice, we recommend using a cooler and Ice packs.
Identification and Confirmation
Upon pickup, customers will be required to present proof of purchase, such as a printed or digital copy of the order confirmation, as well as a valid ID.
